What Makes Us Somewhere Special?

Parrotheart Village was conceived over a decade ago by a team of creative baby boomers brought together by Tom Nocera. Nocera understood from his own life experiences that "The Woodstock Generation" has special wants and needs which require fulfillment in order to be truly happy during their long retirement. Our tropical waterfront resort ambiance is the result of our lifestyle designers and world class architects going the extra mile to understand the many wants and needs and then going about fulfilling the lofty goal of creating the perfect retirement lifestyle.

Beyond design, we've made a commitment to exemplary customer service through a program of on-going customer service training for all Parrotheart Village staff. Our exceptional guest-centric approach makes sure residents and their guests will always enjoy a superlative level of service.

Large, luxurious apartments providing spectacular coastal views with elegant, yet fully accessible bathrooms and designer kitchens. Every spacious master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet. So, too, does your guest room because we know its important to have enough space for our important personal possessions. (Or, as the late, great George Carlin famously observed: Notice how it is always "my stuff" and "your shit".)

Concierge service is as close as your phone. Both group and private transportation are on site to deliver you and your guests to a wide variety of cultural (or social) events. We have party buses and limos to take you and your friends places and later pick you up after shopping, or transport you to and from appointments at your doctor's office. If you have a car, or two, we can provide covered parking, as well as valet parking services. And, there's 24 hour a day security on premises.

With a private club atmosphere, our restaurant offers maitre' d seating evenings in our dining room. Private dining rooms are available for intimate family gatherings, birthday parties, holiday celebrations or private dinner parties.

Our chefs will delight you at meal time. Our diverse "seasonal" menu features dishes which are delicious, healthy and attractively presented at your table. We take seriously the ancient adage that "food is the best medicine" - as do our chefs and dieticians. As you'd expect at a fine resort, ordering room service is also an option.

Stimulating social and cultural activities are our hallmarks. Keeping life fun is the task of our social director who we consider the key person on our management team.

Our piano bar and observation deck are always open. You are welcome to play if you'd like to, or you can simply select favorite songs from the piano's electronic music menu.

Full service spa and exercise facility has physical therapists and personal trainers available. When life is fun, you'll find yourself being more motivated to get the most out of it. Exercise is important to your enjoyment of a long life.

Most locations will have a bottle club, a massage therapist, and a nurse on site.

Weekly maid service will be provided and arrangements can be made for either more or less frequent service - as you wish.

Transferability of your residence is a unique feature. As new Parrotheart Village locations open our current residents will have opportunities to relocate and try out new views and make some new friends. A one year minimum stay at the new location is required. Our staff will assist with your packing and make all the necessary arrangements for your move. Moving without the usual aggravation.

We want you to love, laugh and totally enjoy life at Parrotheart Village. And, so too will your friends and family when they come to visit.

Some locations will offer RV pads and connections for your friends to come and sample our fun-filled lifestyle. Other locations have condo hotels within easy walking distance.

And, this is the place where sunsets are celebrated daily!
